Steve Perry will cover the Americas, while Gareth Lewis will be responsible for the Asia Pacific region.
The pair will drive sales of F. Ball products by establishing new distribution networks and increasing brand awareness, as well as identifying further opportunities to enable F. Ball to increase its international business.
Steve brings a wealth of experience in international business development to the new role, acquired whilst working for global floorcovering manufacturers in Europe, Canada, Russia and the Middle East, as well as hands-on knowledge of the flooring industry garnered during his time as a professional flooring contractor.
Gareth brings substantial sales experience and knowledge of international construction markets, and having previously worked in business development roles for global companies, such as Sika and Tremco Illbruck, where he was international sales manager. While working for these companies, he also developed his understanding of adhesive technology that will serve him well in his new role.
