F. Ball celebrates 10 years of rewarding customer loyalty at Harrogate

F. Ball used this year’s Flooring Show to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of its Loyalty Card scheme and to showcase new environmentally-friendly packaging solutions.

The F. Ball Loyalty Card Scheme, which is free to join, has over 4,500 members and rewards contractors with cashback every time they purchase F. Ball products. Loyalty Card Scheme members enjoy a wide range of exclusive benefits, including competitions and access to     F. Ball’s regular newsletter, F-Talk. To date, over £3.5 million has been received in cashback by Loyalty Card Scheme members.

Events to mark the 10-year anniversary at this year’s Flooring Show included a celebratory dinner, with loyalty card holders attending as VIP guests, and a drinks reception at the company’s stand.

F. Ball also used the show to exhibit new packaging solutions aimed at reducing the amount of plastic packaging entering the waste stream. These included its recently-launched ‘eco pouches’ for its Stopgap 400 Repair compound and Stopgap 500 Micro floor finishing compound. The new ‘eco pouches’ are fully recyclable and require significantly less plastic to produce than previous packaging.

Durable and waterproof, the pouches are lighter, easier to handle and deliver extended product shelf-life. In response to feedback from the flooring trade, each product now comes in two pack sizes, offering greater choice and convenience for contractors.

Commenting on his time at the show, Mark Hughes, F.
